FAILED 3YR LIGHTS PROJECT

MORE BOARD BS

From the June/July 2025 News Letter

LISTS TO ILLUMINATE UNIT NUMBERS: Daniella reported that there are four units remaining. Two will be completed next week.

“Estates l did their address lights before Estates ll and it took management around one month to complete the entire job. Why doesn't Estates ll  ask Estates l how they accomplished the job so efficiently.”

Based on the BS the board feeds the community the Residents Club took it upon itself to confirm if there are indeed only four homes without illuminated address numbers. It took the residents club less than 2 minutes to drive through the community to estimate 30 homes remain in the dark, without illuminated addresses. As of July 4, these are some of the homes -that after 3 years- still do not have their homes addresses lit up. If you drive around at night you will see around ten homes have broken address lights.

Update on the Failed Address Lights Project

After more than 3 years in the working, and after the Board blatantly lied in their June News Letter   -claiming only 4 homes remained without their addresses lit up, as of last night, August 28, 2025, the address lights project remains incomplete. There are still 10 address lights outstanding, including one at the residence of Board Member Stephen Fanuka. Additionally, across all homes that have had their address lights installed, a total of 28 lights are broken and in need of repair.  This project was initiated with safety as its primary goal, and these ongoing issues compromise that intent. Immediate action is required by the board  to complete the installation and repairs to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.
